What we track, and how
How fast is it really?
For the big AI models we send a real, tiny request and time the answer. This is the wait your users feel, and the number status pages never show. Twice the 7 day average means slow.
What does the company say?
We read the official status page and show it next to what we measured, so you can see when they disagree. Everything is kept as history, hour by hour.
